Every decision in this league was made with them in mind. The team that becomes theirs. The music, the medals, the moments they want to share. We took everything we love about lacrosse and built it into one league.
When she steps onto that turf, it should feel like it was made for her.
Every girl is placed onto one of six teams.
Blaze
Frost
Gale
Quake
Storm
Tide
These girls might be from rival travel programs, rival towns, but now they share a sideline, they get to know each other and have fun together.
Our rostering and free-agent system keeps games balanced and competitive. Every game in our inaugural summer was decided by 5 goals or fewer.
The girls vote on the game-ball color. They add their favorite songs and help build the league playlist.
Families log into the portal. They can see schedules, subscribe to calendars, set their players up for free agency, and upload a profile photo to see her placed on her team’s collector card. They can even download a video of it for their socials.
Before they step out onto the field for the first time, an announcer lets the crowd know what team they are playing for.
Tents on the sideline. Music in the air. Friends from over a dozen nearby towns on the same turf.
The games are fast-paced lacrosse. Up and down the field. Lots of touches, lots of reps.
Every game ends with a medal ceremony. Each team’s MVP gets hers awarded right there on the turf after each game.
One game is the floor, not the ceiling. Opt in through the portal and get the call when another team has room. A second or third game. More reps. New teammates again.
Playoffs seeded by the standings. Champion trophies for the winners. League MVPs named by age group.
Parents and players, we promise to uphold the following at every game:
Why this matters: In a global Ernst & Young / espnW study, 94% of women in C-suite roles played sports, and 52% played at the university level. The skills built here, confidence, teamwork, resilience, competitiveness, carry into every future these girls choose.
A team that becomes hers. Friends from rival towns, sharing a sideline. Game days she looks forward to.
Belonging. Confidence. The feeling of being known, and of being part of something built for the girls who play here.
